                                                              Conclusion In The Meeting

 

1) From now onwards all Members have to follow time table for the classes.

2) If any member is unavailable on slotted day, then he/she should inform to the center coordinator in advance and arrange one member in his/her absence to take the class at that center.

3) For any kind of expenditure done by the members, they should produce  bill so that our Treasurer can easily maintain the records of our group fund.

4) In every events use Banner and Posters and properly maintain the full record of that event in written format.

5) Its request to all members that invite your FB Friends to like our Page NSBM-Dishanjali so that our activities can reach to maximum peoples and add your friends as active member to the group.
